Wanted to make a camera for underwater that would be compatible with diver's masks... Ended up with a 2-viewfinder camera for easier use with mask. Name comes from my Dad's call-sign when he was still a cop in Bridgeport, CT. He was the head of the SCUBA team. "Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus" --- I knew that acronym before I could walk.
