Chelsea Guthrie - Sunglasses

So my sunglasses were modeled after a pair that I saw in a store that were really cool but far too expensive. So I made something similar to the ones that I saw. I focused more on decorating the sides of the sunglasses rather than trying to alter the front. Plus they have really thick sides so that they can't break easily.

Christopher Roper Week 7 Glasses

Though we all share this world we all have our own perspectives through which we view it. Here's my introduction to my personal perspective.

The build is primarily plastic with solid hinges.
The checkered pattern makes this frame suitable for professional and casual environments.
I am really pleased with my glasses.

NEW MODEL
I was having a ton of issues with missing walls and naked edges so a new model was built. It is not as thin as the previous (I prefer the thinner one) but the build is complete.

Karla Ronaszegi: week 7 Sunglasses

I made a pair of wooden Wayfares! I used inspiration from my own sunglasses. I drew out the glasses in rhino and then extruded them. I had a hard time filleting the edges I kept getting small points that would become empty after wards. I used the Mirror as well to get every even and parallel.

These glasses are inspired by the concept of creating party glasses. Not like the usual glasses for the day but in order to wear during celebrations, such as New Years. I wanted to create something different and not have the usual glasses but a twist to them. This can be worn by different age groups.
