Tyler nice model but it is missing some details. Think about adding shoe laces and detailing the upper a little more. Consider projecting or pulling some curves onto the areas around the eyelets and heel and toe areas to create surface extrusions that add a little more detail or you can use the lines to add stitching to the shoe.
