Color Theory is the concept of the expression of color and style in the form of sunglasses. The round clean shape of the frames are the staple of the sunglasses as many are square and bulky the thin shape allows them to be worn with several styles and to many occasions on woman of all ages. The vintage Renaissance influence in design sets them apart among a sea of faces and gives individuality while wearing them. Color Theory offers a variety of color options and materials for the frames, lens, arm pieces and ear pieces. Whether a clash of colors is the outcome or a classy arrangement of shades the Color Theory glasses are guaranteed statement accessorizes.

Jeannie Fung : Week 7 Sunglasses

For this project, I modeled a pair of fashion shades. These sunglasses are inspired by today's fashion statement. For the materials, I played with wood and copper but ended up using a shiny plastic frame. I approached the modeling by using mainly sweep 2 command and loft.

Christina Byun : week 7 sunglasses

this is my sunglasses design concept, i named it as 'Sungreen', which is from sunglasses + green. sounds like green sun, but it is actually make cool filling to wear this sunglasses because sun is hot but green gives cool feeling. for my design, i was thing to create something fashionable and covers sunlight well. i personally like big sunglasses therefore the frame of the sunglasses is big and i add some details on the side, and inside of the sunglasses, i used different colors to give contrast and more fancier. i focused on my original sketch to keep the main idea and tried to develop exactly same. and i did.

Vitaliy Pankov: Week 7 Sunglasses

When I first started working on this project, my initial design was completely different. It seemed somewhat sloppy and amateur to me, so I decided to revise it completely. After producing several different design variations, I picked a photo of a male model off the internet, imported it into Photoshop and sketched a few more ideas. Out of those I then picked my final design. I sketched all three orthographic views in Photoshop and then, using "Path" tool, created clean and smooth curves on top of my original drawing. That helped me achieve clean working environment in Rhino afterwards. As you can see on the renderings, the sunglasses have the logo of my initials engraved on the sides. I came up with this logo a few years back and thought it would be great to use it in this project. I would not consider my sunglasses "aviator" style even though they do bear certain resemblance. Instead, the shape is inspired by the wings of a butterfly.

Nicole Corlett : Week 7 Sunglasses from 2D

Made these sunglasses thinking everything wouldn't have got weird after I started to play with the bending tool in Rhino.  Started flat, Bent it, mirrored stuff, pretty unhappy about all of the naked edges, but plan to continue to work on this project until I perfect it. I'm sure Scott will be pretty unhappy.

Zoe Leung: Week 7 Sunglasses

I want to design a pair of trendy sports sunglasses that can be used in a wide range of sports, including biking and skiing. The body is designed to be streamlined and the glasses are curved at both ends for better eye protection. I chose hard plastic with soft touch as materials and soft light settings to focus on conveying its fluid form and shape.
