My inspiration for this castle came from the things that I learned from Survey of Western Art History. The cultures represented in the rendition are Mesopotamia, Egypt i.e. the Sun and the Moon revolving, and Roman i.e. the columns. I made this castle with the intent of showing how the past has had such a big impact on the future, and how it will continue to do so, being that history takes the place of an irremovable part of our DNA.
