When thinking about how to transform a duck, my first thought was how awesome a duck would be to ride. I also immediately related ducks to water, coming up with the idea for a Jet Ski. My goal was to create a sleek high speed design that had noticeable duck like features. I decided to use the color scheme of a male mallard duck rather than a rubber duck. This was to give the product a more mature and luxurious feel rather than childish.
