Daniela Morán- Week 10: Vinty Camera

When thinking about how I wanted to design my camera, I decided that I wanted to recreate a vintage model. Simple, but beautiful. I started looking for references and ended up with a Canon called Rangefinder. When modeling it in Rhino, I started off with the rectangle with rounded corners, then proceeded to extrude, trim, and fillet along other commands. After my model was done, I imported it to KeyShot to render it. For my materials I used aluminum for the body, plastic for details, glass for the lens, and different materials for the rest of the body as a way to make it customizable. The examples shown are cloth, wood, and leather. Last but no least, the name for this camera is "Vinty", which in this case is short for vintage.
