I have a folding USB (
Sort of like this) stick, its nice that there is no cap to lose, and it still keeps the USB safe. I also decided to add my
Brother's logo to the USB simply because it looks pretty damn cool. I traced the image and extruded the curve to be used as the small brass raised detail, and the larger engraving in the external housing. I used boolean difference, boolean 2 objects, and the curve tool mostly. I had some trouble with fillets, but managed to use the Pipe/Trim/Blend combo to get the edges that wouldn't fillet smoothed out.
For materials I used: Brass, molded plastic, milled steel, and mahogany.

Excellent work. I love the combination of chamfers and fillets
