These USB was inspired by the tutorial we did with bit-mapping. After building the classic USB drive, I wanted to incorporate a use for it other than just a thumb drive. Toothpicks are always useful, so on the butt end of the drive, I threw on a handy toothpick holder. Because of the clear plastic exterior, the user can know when he/she needs to replace their toothpicks. The environment is similar to the dark computer lab that we are familiar with to working in, and the glow is present when the USB is plugged in.
