Ana Soto: Week 7 Lamp

A subsequent event is one that occurs after another one. This design occurred exactly in this way. After exploring with different concepts, and creating different models this design emerged. I was unhappy with the models I was producing, but they became an essential part of the creation on this final design. In a way, this design is a combination of a different form with some concepts of the first designs.  An inspiration I had was the Eiffel tower, and a sand clock.
In Rhino, I draw a curve and revolve it to create the main shape. To create the sections and contours I followed the tutorial. Later, I did pipes to complete the notches.
In Keyshot, I went for a simple wood since this is the material I want to go for. I played with the contrast and brightness of the different environments.
