Aurianna Turvold: Week 10 Shoe

I designed these shoes to be durable with the wooden bottoms and the ridged base. The top is made of  cloth with a leather piping. A good heel is determined by style and comfort level. I wanted these to incorporate both. There is a soft leather cushion to absorb impact when walking and for style. The name came Geta, comes from a kind of wooden shoe that a geisha would wear in japan.
