This model explores the fundamentals of typical USB design. I followed the tutorial and did my best to execute each step with minimal deviation.
I was able to get a good grasp on different ways to utilize the offset tool. I also worked more with curves, sweeps, and boolean difference. Unfortunately I was unable to get certain edges to fillet.
I used softer materials on this model to mimic the rubber coating found on most USBs. I duller aluminum was used as the metal so as to not distract from the rest of the object.
