Yi Wang : Week 6 Cartier Ring Design

 

 

       This is my ring project. I did some research and in the end I found a very good picture, so I decide to redesign it. The biggest change is the diamond. I made the diamond been two parts, so it's more like a box made by diamond. 
       I made a lot of curves and used "sweep2" to make most of the shapes. I also used "pipe" to make the sides part of the ring.
       I used Gold, Aluminum and Titanium for most of the body. I used paint for the bottom part of the diamond shape and diamond material for the top.
