The inspiration for my duck came from people in popular culture. Specifically Kayne West, while adding the materials for this project my thought of how Kaye West is represented in pop culture. The Gold and Black represents his characteristics and his artistry.
My modeling techniques included the use of the sphere along with the solid box which I used for the knife holder. To make my knifes I used organic shapes and used the Extrude Curve straight command to complete the layers. For the knife holder I used two solid boxes and Boolean union them together.
My material choices for this project were based on my inspiration for this project, Kanye west. I used 24k gold to represent his lifestyle and the black rubber is for his cheap actions and thoughts throughout the media.The materials are a representation of his characteristics.
