Graciela Ruiz Alvarez: Week 8 Tubular Chair

TRIFINIO CHAIR

This week I wanted to create an elegant and retro chair but with a geometric twist. I decided to make a two person seat and the things that I used to make this was tubes and patch. I also used boolean difference and alot of fillets to make my product come to reality. I also decided to make a pillow because every chair needs one. for the materials I used metal and leather. I also used soft touch.The metals I used for the exterior edges of the chair was titanium. I used soft touch for the backrest and for the seat itself it was made of a clear rough plastic. The pillow is made of white leather. I was inspired by curves and geometry to make this chair.The name is TRIFINIO because it has three different elements just like the TRIFINIO that connects El salvador, Honduras and Guatemala
