Week 10 Sean Mihaly: Camera

I designed this camera as a simple point-and-shoot camera that you might find in an electronics store. I wanted it to be sleek and also somewhat aggressive looking. I started with a cube that I filleted, then created a series of telescoping extruded circles that would become the various zoom lenses. I then split and blended the edges of the various extra buttons. The texture choices I made were both subtle and bold, such as a very scaled down brushed texture on the plastic body along with a highly reflective brushed metal texture on the telescoping lenses.
