My detergent bottle was designed to be similar to current packaging designs on the market today however using different details and accents to make it stand out. The bottle shape itself is organic and as symmetrical with flowing lines cut into it. These lines compliment the shape of the bottle without overpowering the design.
To create these shapes I used a basic loft for the body and used trim to break up the bottle into sections. I then deleting interior pieces and filled it with sweep 2s to create the flowing curves. I did the same with the interior circle but used straight lines to fill the gap and then used the filler tool on the outside edge.
