Benjamin Lieber // Gentleman's Mouse

Presenting the Gentleman's mouse. This mouse is for the man who wants to be top dog of the office. He wants the flashy business card, the fresh suits and of course, now, the most stylish mouse in the office. Even his boss is talking about it.

I decided to go with a more basic form for the mouse as I felt the standard form of today's mice, such as HP ones, are too mainstream and uninteresting. Next I came to the buttons, where I decided to implement the wood grip pattern I have used for the flashlight and hammer. Finally, I capped it off with a rubber scroller for a nice black accent and texture variety.

Overall I think my mouse is a success and wish I could build it for my own use. Things I struggled with- extruding my objects without having them be open in the middle and filleting my surfaces set me back a little bit. I did find out how to set several different surfaces onto my base form using the projecting and rotating tools.
