Brian Kuo Week 3 Hammer Toy

For this project, I wanted to make a plastic toy hammer that was simple yet elegant. There is a hole on the handle for a child to hang onto a play rack, and a slight indentation for the thumb to rest in.

I used a lot of filleting on the project. I used Boolean Difference to make the hole in the handle. I again used Boolean Difference for the thumb rest.

I used a single black plastic for this hammer to maintain the look of simple elegance. Also, since it is plastic, it would be easier to manufacture.
