Madeleine Riande- Week 3 hammer

The hammer was the 4th project on our Elds class. I was inspired by a vintage and neutral look of simplicity.I wanted it to look more sophisticated and elegant.

The most important command  I learned to use was fillet edges and to not have naked edges. I used curves and extrude to create surfaces. I use the command revolve to also do curves and do a 360 surfaces.  On the top part and the handle I used the command point to inlarge and shape the curves as I wanted.

I use aluminum diamond plate for the top part of the hammer. For the handle I use fine grain wood and leather. I used this materials to show a vintage and old look.
