My Castle was inspired by the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris. I wanted to promote the Gothic style by having the towers, rose window and the use of stone. The windows on the sides of the castle are all aligned and formal while the windows in the back are more spread out and in a  more random positioning to give the structure a rustic feel. The top of the castle is aligned with a teeth like structure where soldiers can defend the castle from above and use the slots of the teeth to shoot arrows at intruders while the solid parts are for reloading and taking cover. This Gothic, medieval styled castle is built both for its aesthetic attributes to the architectural styles as well as being strategic for military purposes.

I started off with the towers and then projected the rest of the castle off of them. I used boolean difference a lot for the teeth like pattern surrounding the roof of the castle as well as all the windows. I also used extrude curve to make the towers. I also used rotate, explode, copy etc..
