Xiaoyang Chen Week6 Ring project

For my ring design, it is called wing. During the process, I tried some different design.
 For me,this desgin is like the wings around the ring and protect it. I was inspired by the imagination of wings of angle and halo.
For the design, i used pipe, array polar, createUVsrf, flowalongsrf, and some others. Some of them are not shown because i didnt think they go very well with this design. I started with creating the ring with the items flowalong the surface, and subtract from there.
for the material wise, the whole ring is made out of chrome. And I trid to play aound with the keyshot and photoshop to see if i can give it different flavor for the same material. i was struggle to make decision to make it matte or shiny
