Andrea Young: Week 4 Flashdrive
I veered from the tutorial. I wanted to create a flash drive similar to my own but include offset surfaces. It was neat working with ofset surfaces; they provide a realistic detail and make the products look very believable after filleting and rendering. I used a mix of brushed stainless steel, clear plastic and paint to achieve my final product.

Naked edges
This is the happy happy drive, meant to keep you and your files happy.
Making this was tricky, way more tricky then it should of been, i had to work through a lot of naked edges. I used off setting more on this one then the bottle and a lot of boolean tools instead of trimming out things. (just my personal preference). i used a rubber trim for high impact, a dark tinted aluminum for the metal and hard plastics for the other details.
