Benjamin Lieber // Gentleman's Hammer

When brainstorming ideas for my hammer, I decided I would use the same theme of products for the modern day business man throughout my work this quarter. This allows me to create a product line targeted at a specific buyer. I find this style of steel and mahogany to be very appealing.

I am learning to be more effective with making my edges neat and clean. I have found the Array tools, the revolve tool, and the boolean tools to be very helpful for me when designing in this specific style. I experimented with making my own curves on the head of the hammer which worked out nicely.

Overall, I would say this hammer design was a success after being inspired by my flashlight. I like using the same style of design while fitting it properly to each product. In the future I want to play with greater variation of this style.
